Important: You can only cancel an item or order before it is shipped. Once shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 24 hours but may take 3-10 business days to reach your account.

Go to your dashboard and click on "My Orders".

Locate the order you wish to cancel.

Click "Cancel Item", choose a reason, and submit.

Check that the status now says "Cancelled".
